TRACK 01 ⟶ 7 days of chaos
IINCREASE OF natural disasters
Climate change causes an increase in both the number and ferocity of DROUGHTS, DUST STORMS, FLOODS, HEAT WAVES, HURRICANES, TROPICAL STORMS, TORNADOES and WILDFIRES. This leads to shortage of drinkable water, leading to extinction of plants and animals, distorted seasonal patterns, disrupted ecosystems and reduction of carbon uptake.⟵ Hurricane Irma / Caribbean 09.2017
TRACK 02 ⟶ final gasp
Many prevalent human infections, including MALARIA, DENGUE FEVER and CHOLERA are climate sensitive. In some cases, such as with malaria and dengue fever, this is in part because the disease is transmitted by mosquitoes that cannot survive if temperatures are too low. ⟶ ZIKA VIRUS / AFRICA, SOUTH & MIDDLE AMERICA, ASIA 2015/2016

TRACK 03 ⟶ phantom void
IIISHORTAGES OF FOOD + WATER
Agriculture will be gravely affected by WEEDS, DISEASES, INSECTS and OTHER PESTS, DECLINED CROPS, LIVESTOCK & FISH POPULATIONS and SOIL EROSION. This will lead to temperature extremes causing HEAT CRAMPS, HEAT EXHAUSTION, HEATSTROKE, HYPERTHERMIA in the presence of extreme heat and HYPERTHERMIA and FROSTBITE in the presence of extreme cold.⟵ shortage of water – people at a well / india 2017
TRACK 04 ⟶ BLACK BLOOD
In recent decades, wars have been fought for OIL or other RESOURCES. Wars over NATURAL RESOURCES are no novelty. In the past, many battles have been fought in order to obtain goods from colonies, such as sugar or spices. In the future however, these wars will likely be replaced by wars for FRESH WATER. In the distant future, wars may even be fought for ARABLE LAND.⟶ A view of buildings ravaged by ISIS in Sirte / libya 2011

VENVIRONMENTAL REFUGEES
Environmental refugees are people facing displacement due to DROUGHTS, FAMINES, RISING SEA LEVELS and OTHER NATURAL DISASTERS caused by climate change. According to the Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre, an estimated 24 million people are being displaced annually by natural disasters since 2008. This crisis will make almost half a billion people worldwide environmental refugees by the end of the century.⟵ Somali refugees fleeing drought in the Horn of Africa arrive at the Dadaab camp/ kenya 2011
